Youth&Fit Synergy

Kolejny projekt naszego stowarzyszenia pt. Uczestnicy projektu byli goszczeni przez piękne miasto Opole, a dzięki współpracy z Państwową Medyczną Wyższą Szkołą Zawodową w Opolu i Urzędem Miasta, mieli okazję do zwiedzenia kilku miejskich atrakcji.
Another project of our association called "Youth & Fit Synergy" began at 23 and lasted till 31 January. It was a trilateral youth exchange between three partner cities: Opole (Poland), Potsdam (Germany) and Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine). The main theme of the project was to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle. The project's participants were hosted by the beautiful city of Opole, and thanks to the cooperation with the ublic Higher Medical Professional School and the City Hall, had the opportunity to visit a number of the city's attractions. Students had a chance to participate in Zumba classes, rehabilitation, swimming pool, volleyball and ice skating. Thank to the weather we were able to set several snow battles. In addition to sports activities, students carried out in the streets campaign against drugs, learned about their national sports, participated in many workshops and cultural evenings. One of the most important points of the project was the Oxford debate about advantages and disadvantages of the sport, carried out at the City Hall. After such a successful project our Association hopes that cooperation with International Office of Opole will continue.

APV "Youth&Fit Synergy"

W dniach 12-14 Grudnia odbyła się wizyta przygotowawcza (APV) projektu Youth & Fit Synergy. Razem z reprezentacją trzech uczelni medycznych z Opola, Poczdamu (w Niemczech) i Iwano-Frankiwska (na Ukrainie) omówiliśmy główne punkty projektu i zebraliśmy nowe pomysły.

"HOPPY Environment"

W dniach 05 -13 października 2014 roku w malowniczej miejscowości Murzasichle u podnóża Tatr realizowaliśmy projekt trójstronnej wymiany młodzieży w ramach programu „Erasmus+” pt. „HOPPY environment”.
W projekcie wzięły udział organizacje partnerskie : Elektrenai Cultural Center z Litwy i Carpe Diem ze Słowacji. Stronę polską reprezentowali uczniowie Gimnazjum im. marszałka J. Piłsudskiego w Psarach.
Głównym tematem i celem projektu było podniesienie świadomości europejskiej i ekologicznej uczestników oraz promowanie aktywności obywatelskiej młodych ludzi. Każdego dnia realizowana warsztaty i ćwiczenia związane z tematyką projektu.
Dzięki ciekawym zajęciom i pełnemu zaangażowaniu uczestników wszystkie cele projektu zostały zrealizowane. Współpraca międzynarodowa przebiegała wzorowo i dostarczyła uczestnikom wielu pozytywnych wrażeń.
Between 05 -13 October 2014 in the picturesque town at the foot of the Tatra Mountains called Murzasichle, HOPP realized project from youth exchange programme 'Erasmus + " named "Hoppy environment".
Our partner organizations that participated in project were: Elektrenai Cultural Center from Lithuania and Carpe Diem from Slovakia. The Polish side was represented by students of Gymnasium of Marshal J. Pilsudski from Psary.
The main theme and purpose of the project was to raise European and Ecological awareness of participants and promote the active citizenship of young people. Every day participants had a lot of exercises and workshops related to the topic of the project. Most of the activities took place outside, thanks to beautiful weather that we used to call "golden Polish autumn". One of the moost interesting task was to make an ecological campaign, which included slogan, poster, gadget, and film that was made by using the ecological advantages and shortcomings of environment.
In order to improve the environmental awareness participants were hiking in the valley Chochołowska, where they have an opportunity to acquainted with the functioning of the Tatra National Park. With interesting workshops and full involvement of the participants, all the project's objectives have been achieved. International cooperation proceeded perfectly and provided us with many positive outcomes.
